Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility Program Revenue
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking applications for the operation of youth crisis stabilization facilities (YCSF) pursuant to Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 50. YCSFs serve youth ages 17 and under who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
The funds awarded under the contract are intended to be used for the implementation and/or operation of a YCSF. The awardee must demonstrate a plan to work toward fiscal sustainability beyond the initial implementation period.
