The Division of Public Health (DPH), Wisconsin Minority Health Program (MHP), under authority of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), will award mini grants pursuant to Wisconsin Statute §250.20 in the following manner:
Community Grants. Per Wis. Stats. § 250.20(3). Approximately 5-7 grants, in various amounts, of up to $50,000 each, will be awarded for the purpose of conducting activities to improve the health status of economically disadvantaged minority group members.
Funding for this grant announcement is contingent upon approval of the appropriation by the Wisconsin Legislature. The Program reserves the right to use this request for applications to award any additional funding that may become available.
All applications and additional documents must be received via email no later than Monday, May 1, 2023, at 08:00 a.m. CST.
