WI-DHS will select organizations with capacity to provide outreach, in-home asthma self-management education, and home asthma trigger assessment for children and pregnant adults with uncontrolled asthma. The Asthma-Safe Homes Program’s target service areas for 2023-2024 are Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Rock, and Brown counties.
