Funds for this project are authorized in Wis. Stat. 46.48(26), “Community Improvement Job Training.” Under this authorization, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) funds services designed to assist persons who are in neighborhoods and communities where gangs are present to become productive, employed members in their communities following their participation in job training, counseling, and education.
