Maternal Health Innovation Bridge Projects
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH) announces the availability of funds to establish and execute Maternal Health Innovation Bridge Projects. Projects will need to focus on activities that improve maternal health service delivery through addressing critical gaps in direct clinical care, workforce, partnership and/or community engagement. Eligible projects must identify services for Wisconsin Native American/American Indian populations or be in the Southern region, Northern and/or Western region serving the Medicaid population, or those who are ineligible for health insurance.
